As a response to customer concerns about delivery during the postal strikes, two of our biggest suppliers of experience days (Virgin Experience Days and Red Letter Days) are now providing discounted or free alternative delivery options.
Virgin Experience Days are completely replacing Royal Mail delivery with the Interlink Courier service during the strikes at no extra cost to the customer, while Red Letter Days have more than halved their charge for courier delivery, so it now cosys only a little more than traditional delivery via Royal Mail.
Activity Superstore cannot, of course, reduce their delivery costs any further as they do free delivery anyway!
If you are buying a gift for someone with a birthday that's near then it's usually worth considering courier delivery as the royal mail does not guarantee a delivery date, and it's always worthwhile printing out the experience day details and the order page or online temporary gift certificate page that Virgin provides so, if the worst comes to the worst, you will still have something to give them on the day.
