Apologies to anyone tring to use our email service over the last 2-3 days. Our email server was subject to an attack and automatically increased its security settings in response. As a result, a large number of customer emails requested from FindExperienceDays.com did not get through.
Where our technical people received a copy of the failed emails (as part of the error information) these have been forwarded. However we are aware that in a number of cases this information was not saved and we are unable to recover either the emails or the addresses to which they were sent.
We can only apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and assure you that this situation has only arisen as a result of our extensive efforts to make sure our hardware cannot be hijacked by unscrupulous hackers and spammers, and our commitment to not engage in spamming ourselves which means we do not keep your e-mail address when you use our "Your Selections" e-mail service.
