Apologies for the delay in getting these on the site but we had data updates yesterday from all three of our main merchants at the same time.
Some of these were for offers that are duplicated across merchants. For example, both Red Letter Days and Virgin are now promoting a 2 for 1 Jewellery making day at Carnaby Street, London. Others are restricted to a single merchant such as Red Letter Days who are now doing 2 for 1 on their introductory cooking and Indian cooking experience days in London, as well as 25% off orbing and outdoor endurace go-karting.
There are also a few new experience days available. In the cooking category we have a new cupcake making day as well as a version where you learn to make cupcakes while drinking cocktails (one for the ladies, perhaps?). Virgin have caught up with Activity Superstore and are offering the Tour of Silverstone for Two. For the budding MCs and DJs out there, Red Letter Days are now offering a new dj experience day at the Ministry of Sound. We also have several new experience days in the driving and watersport categories, mostly similar to those already present but giving you a wider range of suppliers and prices to look at.
One completely new experience deserves a special mention. Modelled on a feature from BBC's Top Gear,Red Letter Days are now doing a 'Star in a Car' day where you get trained in driving then compete with the other drivers to top the leader board by setting the fastest lap time in a 'reasonably priced' but race equipped car. The top five drivers next year will then be invited back for another day's racing and to take part in a competition for £1000 prize. If you know someone who is a little competitive about their driving, then this sounds like a really fun day with the possibility of a major victory at the end of it.
